Fastway Post is not merely a distributor of product, we help you sell, promote and merchandise our products and we provide ongoing support via our helpdesk, staff training and support materials.

 

Merchandising systems
The standard Fastway Post product presentation system is using slat wall.  Slat wall is the retailer’s responsibility and fittings are provided free by Fastway Post. Having a dedicated postal and parcel display in your store positions you as a provider of postal services.

 

We also provide a handy counter display for merchandising stamp booklets and small packs of postage included envelopes. Either free standing on the counter or mounted on the wall behind the counter this system prompts unplanned purchases and clearly displays the fact that you have postal products available.

 

Signage and promotional flyers
We provide a range of signage in the form of posters and adhesive stickers along with a range of information flyers that promote and describe the available services. We also provide a range of promotional material designed for handouts or mailouts to your customer base.

 

Mail deposit and clearance
The Fastway Post mail box can accept both New Zealand Post mail and Fastway Post mail and is a great added value service for your customers. It clearly identifies the retail outlet as a provider of postal services. Cleared Monday to Friday by Fastway Couriers. 

 

Staff training and support materials

We provide training for your retail staff and work closely with sales staff to ensure that product knowledge is up to date.

We also provide handy quick reference guides for counter staff relating to postal rules, parcel processing and pricing.

 

Sales reps are provided with quick reference catalogue guides and overprinting services manuals.
